Pedagogy and Public Education:

While currently employed at Pratt Institute (and previously at CCNY), I’ve been committed to public education outside of institutional settings for two decades.

Below you can find a list of recent engagements and offerings at conferences, art and book fairs, community centers, galleries, libraries, activist spaces, printshops, bookstores, and so on. If you’re interested in working together and/or booking me, many of the below can be offered or customized for a variety of audiences and timeframes (and offered virtually, if and when needed).

These give you a sense of what I’m often talking about or teaching, but I’m also open to other ideas. You can find more information about dates and locations for these offerings on the INTERVENTIONS page. Many of these have sample texts or prompts which I can make available on request.

Please contact me at lynne@theoperatingsystem.org to discuss potentialities!
